My wife and I started Grand Valley Tractor in 2008. There were no discount tractor parts stores in NE Ohio, so we dove in. GVT has been selling new parts since.

Now, you can't just sell parts and not attend local shows. And you can't attend shows without catching the bug yourself! As anybody who's participated in this hobby of collecting or restoring antique farm machinery can tell you, it can be VERY habitual! Over the past few decades, I've managed to gather together a LOT of parts for old tractors, farm equipment, cars and trucks. The purpose for this site is to sell these items at a price that saves both you and I money.

The sources have been many:
* Flea Markets
* Garage Sales
* "Parting out" machinery that's past it's expiration date.
* Friends and neighbors cleaning out
their garages/barns…and filling mine up!
* The occasional "Oops, didn't mean to buy the wrong one, but I guess I'll keep it now"!

Why not just sell via existing venues? Well, IMO, Ebay has gotten ridiculous…both buyer and seller are paying stiffer and stiffer commissions for the items. Facebook marketplace is a joke…Craigslist is nearly non existent.

So…here we are!
